"I want to say that I had one of the best buying and servicing experience that I have had in a long time. The salesperson listened to what I wanted and sold me just the right lawn mower. Then, after having an issue the first night with the lawn mower and some frustration with that, they picked up my new lawn mower, fixed it and returned it to me the same day. The part that I appreciated the most was the communication between the service person, Perry, and the sales person, Dave. The problem was not a defect in the machine, but rather some debris that logged itself into one of the pullies. This was obviously something that was out of Trueman Welter's control and Cub Cadet's control, but just a radom act that happened to happen the first day of ownership.
